Terms & Policies

Payment:

Invoices are sent out to clients within a week, following your appointment. Payment is expected to be fulfilled within a month of the invoice date. We accept payments in the form of a Card payment in person, over the telephone, Cash or Bank Transfer.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions regarding our payment methods or invoices themselves. 

Cancellations:

Session cancellations will need to be made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48hrs prior will carry a 50% session charge and sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price.

Please note: Initial Assessments are payable prior to the appointment.
